About FEC and David B. Nolan
The Federal Ethics Center (FEC) is a watch dog association protecting the Constitutional rights of all United States citizens.
The FEC’s Legal Director, David B. Nolan, is a former ethics attorney for the Office of the President-Elect and the White House. He is a co-author of the Ethics Section of the DC Practice Manual. He has trained federal attorneys in continuing legal education (CLE) for their respective state bar ethics requirements.
David B. Nolan is a Duke University graduate with a Masters in Public Administration from American University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of LaVerne. His graduate work includes Federal Jurisdiction and Civil Rights Litigation from Stanford University Law School and International Law from Worcester College, Oxford University. His post JD study includes the Georgetown University Law Center and the Wharton School/SEAS, University of Pennsylvania.
He has been recognized by Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in America. His wife is former U.S. Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Cheryl Nolan. She is the founder of Nolan Strategies and Federal Prison Consultants/Justice Solutions of America.
